Two Highland malts go head to head as we turn our attention to a new independent bottler, Fib Whisky, and look at an Ardmore and Fettercairn from their Copper & Oak Series 1.

We're big fans of Arran, we think they make great spirit, so we're looking forward to seeing what these two single casks offer.

It's always interesting to taste the same whisky before and after a finishing period, so we're excited to try Na Bràithrean's two Dalmunach's to see what the sherry finish has done to the spirit.

We like when distilleries produce yearly special releases, so we're excited to try the Madeira cask finish from Ardnamurchan, with a single sherry cask release from Little Brown Dog to compare it against for good measure.

Port Charlotte sister casks, both quite old, one in bourbon and one in sherry. We're excited to see how much impact the cask actually has on the end whisky.

We're seeing less independently bottled Mortlach hitting the shelves these days, so we're digging into two of the newest releases from Woodrows and Decadent Drinks to get our Mortlach fix.
