A distillery we don't often gravitate towards to, we're looking at two IB releases of Mannochmore, one in sherry and one with a finish in a brandy cask.

Israel has a unique climate poised for rapid maturation over just a few years, so we're looking at a few single casks from Milk & Honey, Israel's first distillery, to see the results.
