We've got a couple of releases from GlenAllachie, including the newest batch of their 21 year old core range bottling and a limited release Chinquapin Oak finish.

We're delving into two offerings from the Abhainn Dearg Distillery, nestled by the Red River on the Isle of Lewis's western shore. This site boasts the title of Scotland's most secluded distillery.

Two single cask Ardnarmuchan's today, they look to be sister casks so we're excited to see the differences between them.

We're looking at a polarising distillery for us, one we enjoy older expressions from but struggle with the younger counterparts. We've got a release from the famed 1996 vintage alongside a 10 year old from Ben Nevis.

We've got two more budget-friendly releases today from Berry Bros & Rudd, their classic Sherry single malt and their classic Islay single malt bottlings.

August usually marks a new release from Springbank, and this year is no exception. We're looking at the 2023 releases of Springbank 18 and 21 in todays reviews.
